 I've got Track and Field tomorrow. Could i get a few tips? |

I'm in middle school. Tomorrow is track and field. I've got 100m, 200m, 400m, Javelin Throw, Long Jump, Triple Jump. I think i might just have a shot at triple jump. What are some tips for me to jump really far? Also, do you have any tips for javelin throw?
